The UN Agreed on the Framework of A Global Climate Deal

The UN negotiators have agreed on a blueprint that will become the framework of a global climate treaty that will be discussed in Paris in December. Representatives from nearly 200 countries, Friday (13/2) has terminated the meeting which lasted for six days in Geneva and certify the document of 86 pages.
Head of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), Christiana Figueres, said all countries are fully aware of the position of each party and no country wants to fall behind in the agreement that will affect their future.
The negotiators have 10 months to discuss important issues, such as reducing emissions, before emissions of carbon dioxide it reaches dangerous levels. Agreement in Paris later certainly not going to stop the trend of carbon emissions, but is expected to be the first time all countries agreed to take action.
